NEXT Live Project

This Live Project involved working in a group to conduct in-depth research and analysis of the women’s knitwear category at NEXT. This involved carrying out a comparative shop, critical range analysis, and SWOT analysis. We created an Excel range plan which considered trend alignment, price architecture, and consumer demand. Working with a group of people I hadn’t met before strengthened my teamwork and communication skills. Our project was selected by tutors to be presented to a panel of buyers at NEXT’s Head Office, giving me valuable experience in presenting to industry professionals.
