ME+EM Buying & Merchandising Report
For this report, I chose to research and analyse the ME+EM S/S 2024 knitwear range and provided a range plan for the following season for the US market. This helped me gain valuable insight into the whole buying process, from market and brand research to range planning. Creating a detailed visual range plan using CADs and an Excel range plan taught me how to balance creativity with data-driven decisions, ensuring the range was cohesive, on-brand, and commercially viable.
